offers participants the opportunity to view their award point earnings

The following is a
description of how the online statement works.
To access their personal
online Earnings Statement, participants log on to
www.awardlink.com, then click
on Earnings Statements on the menu bar. The earnings statement
headline will read Earnings Statement for "Participant Name" from
program start date to current date. Below this headline is the
earnings detail presented as follows:

Reference Number:
This is an open field that can be customized to refer to product code,
serial number, invoice number, etc.
Description: A
brief descriptive statement identifying points earned. Point award
descriptions can be customized.
Date: Provides a
reference to the date the points were deposited.
Points: Identifies
total points deposited for each reference number and activity
description.
Point Balance
The Earnings statement will show all award point deposit activity from
program start date to current date. The earnings statement does not
show point withdrawals from online bank accounts. However, the order
status page does show all orders processed on the account. For current
points in the account, refer to the top right corner of your web page
where you will see three lines:
Beginning Point Balance:
Number of points available at the time you logged on
Points Spent:
Number of points spent during current session online
Points Balance:
Total points remaining after your current online expenditures
IMPORTANT: The
online earnings statement is designed to itemize point earning
activity only. For a comprehensive point bank account statement you
will need to offer offline personal bank account statements.
UPDATE:
The demo site for the Awardlink.com participant enrollment and point
entry capabilities can now be easily accessed by going to
www.awardlink.com, click to the
login screen and type in Admin where it asks for Customer Number
and 2001 where it asks for Participant ID.
