Reflections Update

• Last month PFI officially launched Reflections, our new Service Award Product. At that time, seven of the 13 levels were complete. By the first week of December, all 13 levels (up to the newest $1,500 level) will be available.
• We have had many questions about whether the administrative charges are a monthly charge or a one-time charge. The administrative charges are a one-time, per person fee. These fees have been established to offset these administrative management and kit production costs:
• Master file creation and ongoing updates and maintenance
• Production of personalized Congratulations Certificates
• Ongoing validation of recipient name, years of service and award level qualification
• Presentation kit assembly
• Mailing labels
• Mailing envelopes
• Program management reports

The overall response to Reflections has been tremendous as a large number of our marketing partners have realized the new revenue opportunities service award program present.
