Dallas PPAI Show Follow Up

Thanks to all of you who stopped by the PFI booth at the Dallas PPAI show. There were many familiar faces and many new faces. On-line Enrollment and Point Issuance
Awardlink.com now includes online enrollment and point issuance capabilities. Here is how you can long on and see how these new feature work.

To access the Demo Site, using the following URL address:

http://www.awardlink.com
For program number, type in: Admin
For participant ID, type in: 2001

To navigate around this site use the blue menu bar option featured at the top of the screen. Following is a description of what each customer function includes. If you would like an overview of how this site works, click on the help button and read through the information prior to using the site.

The Menu Bar Options include:

  • Enroll...enroll new participants
  • Enroll Approve...review, edit and approve information you have entered for new participants. You MUST click the "Approve" button on this screen to submit your new enrollment.
  • Enroll Edit...review and edit enrollment information for participant you have approved. Search by participant ID or last name.
  • Point Entry...enter points for individual enrolled participants.
  • Point Review and Edit...add, change or delete points/units you have issued to enrolled participants prior to being posted.
  • Posted Earnings Review...call up a summary of points issued for individual participants that have been posted. This screen only allows you to review the history of points that you entered. You cannot edit points for any participant once they have been posted. If a correction is required after posting, you must use the point entry screen to add units or enter negative units to correct a previously posted entry.
  • Help...view step-by-step explanations of the online enrollment/point entry processes.
  • Log Off...use this option to close the awardlink online enrollment/point entry screen.

This demonstration site is set up so you can actually try it out by enrolling participants and issuing points. (Note: once you log off the information you used to try the demonstration is eliminated, so the next time you go to the site you will need to enter new information).
