Welcome New Staff Member to PFI

Please join us in welcoming Jim Kapcar, to the sales department of PFI. Jim joined the organization on September 17th and will be primarily responsible for developing and managing new and existing marketing partner relationships. Jim comes to PFI with nearly 20 of industry experience. Most of Jim's career has been spent managing third party marketing partner/agent relationships. He worked for S&H for over 12 years and most recently he managed the third party distribution channel for Excellence in Motivation in Dayton, Ohio.

Jim brings a wealth of incentive development, management and fulfillment knowledge to PFI. He has always been in a sales or sales management position working with marketing partners/agents to sell incentive programs. He is an aggressive advocate of the value of merchandise incentives, but also has extensive experience in web-based or e-incentives, debit cards and gift certificates, recognition awards, all-employee award systems, service award programs and safety incentives.
