IVR Phone Ordering Systems Recently Upgraded

Over the past several months, PFI systems programmers have been installing and testing new Interactive Voice Response Software. The new IVR system went live about three weeks ago. At that point, anyone calling in on an Award Headquarters toll-free number dialed into the new enhanced system.

Some of the features of the newly enhanced system includes:

  • Point Balance inquiry for both IVR and non IVR users
  • Ship to address verification
  • Ability to add a missing phone number
  • Ability to order an unlimited number of items per order.
    (The old system would only allow one per order.)
  • Real-time information.
