  • Order Processing and Verification – Partners for Incentives tailors the award redemption and point verification process to your individual program needs. All redemption’s are entered into our computer system and maintained for two years. Programs that require participants to send points, coupons, tokens are counted and verified prior to award redemption.

  • Order Redemption Acknowledgements All redeeming program participant’s receive a letter from Award Headquarters (Partners for Incentives) advising of the awards ordered, estimated shipping dates and a toll free customer service number or email address to contact us in the unlikely event of the receipt of a defective or damaged item.

  • Program Reporting Partners for Incentives offers over 15 types of standard program reports to track the success of your incentive program. We can also customize program reports based on your specific goals.

  • Point Tracking & Issuance Partners for Incentives offers a complete and comprehensive point tracking & point issuance system we call PTS. PTS is a computer point bank that utilizes Performance Update Statements or Post Cards to communicate point earnings and redemption’s of program participants. PTS is an ideal system for programs with large numbers of participants. Hard copy or electronic management reports allows you to track the progress of the program on a periodic basis.

  • Instant Award Access Center This interactive voice response system is a value-added service for all incentive programs that utilize Partners for Incentives PTS tracking system as described above. Program participants are provided with a toll free telephone number that enables them to be kept up-to-date on their point balance and order awards 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
